Working Princinple:
This product contains Allyl isothiocyanate (AITC): an antimicrobial compound extracted from wasabi and mustard oil. It utilizes sublimation at room temperature and gas flow to ensure uniform distribution within the product packaging environment, effectively killing molds such as Penicillium, Aspergillus, Rhizopus, yeast, and Candida. This process creates an environment that is unfavorable for mold and bacteria reproduction and growth, thereby inhibiting their development.
