This product contains Allyl isothiocyanate (AITC), which is an antimicrobial compound extracted from wasabi and mustard. It utilizes gas flow to evenly distributed this compound within the product packaging environment, effectively killing molds such as Penicillium, Aspergillus, Rhizopus and yeast. This process creates an environment unfavorable for the reproduction and growth of molds and bacteria, thereby inhibiting their development.
