Wokring Princinple:
This product utilizes Allyl isothiocyanate (AITC), an antimicrobial substance extracted from wasabi and mustard oil, for mold prevention. Through sublimation at room temperature and gas flow, this factor is evenly distributed within the product packaging environment, eliminating molds such as Aspergillus, Penicillium, yeast, and Candida. It creates an environment unfavorable for the reproduction and growth of molds and bacteria, thereby inhibiting their development.
